The fine print, in plain English

When am I billed?
Never before you approve. We send a free mockup first; billing starts only when your finished website and/or first month of posts are delivered. The one-time setup fee and first month are billed then.
Is there a contract?
Yes — every plan is a 12-month agreement billed monthly. You pay monthly for all 12 months. After that, it renews automatically and billing continues unless you cancel before your renewal date.
What happens after 12 months?
Your plan renews automatically so your website stays live and your posts keep coming — unless you cancel before the renewal date. You always keep your domain and every Instagram post we delivered. If you cancel and your term ends, website hosting stops unless you buy the site outright for $2,499.
What is the $2,499 website buyout?
If you ever leave, you can buy your finished website outright for a one-time $2,499. We hand over the site files; you arrange hosting and we no longer provide maintenance. It's completely optional.
Who owns my domain?
You do, always. If you don't have a domain we can provide one, and if you have one we'll walk you through pointing it at your new site. We never hold domains hostage.
