Do I need to know anything technical?
Not at all. You fill out one simple form and send us a few photos. We build, host, and handle every technical detail.
What do I need to send you?
Basic info about your practice, your logo and a handful of photos, your favorite patient reviews, and your brand colors if you have them. The intake form walks you through it step by step.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Before you commit, we send a free mockup of your site and/or 3 sample Instagram posts. You only move forward if you love it — you're billed when your website and/or first month of posts are delivered.
Do you post to Instagram for me?
You get 3 posts a week — a mix of carousels and single images — with captions, hashtags, and simple instructions. If you'd like us to schedule and post for you, just ask.
How long does it take?
Up to a maximum of 2 business weeks after we receive your intake form and photos. Revisions are unlimited, within reason.
Is there a contract?
Yes — every plan is a 12-month agreement billed monthly. You pay monthly for all 12 months. After that, it renews automatically and billing continues unless you cancel before your renewal date. You always keep your Instagram posts and your domain, and you can buy your website outright for a one-time $2,499 when your term ends (you host it; maintenance not included).
Who owns my website and domain?
We build and host the website; you always own your domain. We'll never hold your domain hostage. If you don't have a domain, we can provide one; if you do, we'll walk you through pointing it to your new site.
