Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 9, 2026
ChairsideSocial LLC ("ChairsideSocial," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making our digital experiences usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone — whether they browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, screen magnification, or other assistive technology — to be able to use our website and the dental practice websites we build.
1. Our conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility and are referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work continually to meet and maintain this standard.
2. What this statement covers
- chairsidesocial.com — our marketing site and customer account portal.
- The dental practice websites we build for clients — accessibility is built into our templates so that every site we deliver works toward the same WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
3. Measures we take
- Building with semantic HTML, clear heading structure, and landmark regions so assistive technology can navigate easily.
- Providing a "Skip to content" link and a visible keyboard focus indicator on interactive elements.
- Designing for sufficient color contrast and large, readable text.
- Writing descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for buttons and form fields.
- Respecting the "reduce motion" setting for people sensitive to animation.
- Supporting full keyboard operation, resizing/zoom, and responsive layouts across devices.
- Running automated accessibility checks as part of our build process and performing manual testing with keyboards and screen readers.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Where third-party tools, embedded maps, or client-supplied media are involved, we may have limited control over their accessibility. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know so we can address it.
5. Feedback and how to request help
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our services. If you experience any difficulty accessing part of our website, or a website we built, or if you need information provided in an alternative format, please contact us:
- Email: admin@chairsidesocial.com
Please include the web address (URL) of the page, a description of the problem, and the device, browser, and assistive technology you were using, if you can. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours and will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an accessible method.
6. Enforcement and formal complaints
If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you may wish to learn more about your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. This statement is provided in good faith and does not constitute legal advice.
7. Ongoing commitment
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review our website and building templates on an ongoing basis, incorporate accessibility into new features, and update this statement as our services evolve.
